Founded by Mr. Jusuf Halim, engineer graduated from Holland in 1955, this company established itself as Structural Engineering and Project Management Company. In 1965 this company started focusing in building construction contractor and involved in many foreign investment factory and low rise building.
In 1991, professionals and the son of the founder joint the management. They drove this company to focus in Golf Course Construction. Now the company has two divisions working side by side. The first division concentrates in construction contractor for residential, low rise building and pharmaceutical factory. The second division provides a broad services in golf course construction.
